Very high quality material. I am impressed by the out of box texture & feel; nothing too aggressive but not super slick. The out of box finish has enough texture & grip to make a little more challenging than say a rubber gripped nunchuck but has room for proper “seasoning” for breaking in more.
This is the first pinch grip I’ve ever tried. Really well put together. I went for the high. I use mine with kettlebells rather than conventional way. Really happy with my progress. Absolutely love it thank you. 🤙🏻

Got the beginner box , comes with everything you need to start bending metal things , a booklet , chalk , wraps , elastic bands , and a selection of things to bend , would highly recommend this as a good starting point.
Bought the shorter loading pin to increase motion on rolling handle lifts. Does the job well and you do notice how much extra you have to pull. Great product recommended! You can see from my picture how much shorter compared to a standing height loading pin.
Wow this is an incredible rolling handle. It’s spins rapidly and has good grip texture. The diameter is 3.5 inches/89mm thick. I don’t have huge hands but I really want to build up my grip strength so decided to go for the big daddy. Had to reduce my weight and ease into using it to avoid injury. I did get ahead myself on the first time I used it and had thumb and wrist strain but thankfully it was only short term. I’m not even going to attempt a 1 rep maxes and sticking with 3x5reps adding a small amount of weight each time. Buy this handle you won’t be disappointed!
My Wife got me the small size for xmas. Its enjoyable to use but i need to get some fractional weights for it as half a kg is the difference between a clean lift to total failure. A well made nice bit of kit

These hand gripper are very well made and i was very suprised how tough they were to use. Now after a few weeks i can just about do the gold one on a good day and the green one is a good warm up. I had pains in back of wrist when i started use these showing me my wrist strength was very unbalanced but after doing lots of varied wrist and forearm workouts as shown in the Gods of grip free forearm training guide the pain has almost entirely gone . Happy days

Love the grips, helping with my grip hugely! No more aches from sitting at the computer all day then going to the gym and gripping the barbell or pull up bar! Also the staff emailed me because their OOO wasnt on their website so the product wouldn't be worth me on time. So for my patience they gave me a free pair of socks with my order. I am new to grip training although I have been using a wrist roller for sometime.
The pinch block and hub with the loading pin are great my grip is getting better and the quality of the products is great. Would be nice to have a bundle option with liquid chalk as I find the powdered chalk really messy in my small home gym.
