Need to return something?
We want you to love your brand new Grip Tools as much as we do.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in as-new condition, and returned in their original packaging with any tags, bags, inserts or accessories included.
Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the best return method and make sure we are expecting your parcel.
How to Start a Return

Contact us first
Email info@godsofgrip.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. -
Wait for return confirmation
We’ll confirm whether the item is eligible for return and advise the best way to send it back. -
Return the item securely
Package the item carefully and include your order number inside the parcel. -
Send us your tracking number
Once posted, please email us the tracking number so we can monitor the return.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Domestic Returns (UK)
- UK customers can return eligible items using the Royal Mail Returns Portal.
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or we have made an error with your order.
- If your item is oversized, heavy or not eligible for Royal Mail, such as a Saxon Bar, Grip Machine or other oversized item, you must return your item using a courier of your choice.
- Please contact us first so we can advise on the best return method.
Royal Mail Return Limits
Royal Mail returns are only suitable for parcels within the following limits:
- Maximum weight: 20kg
- Maximum parcel dimensions: 61cm x 46cm x 46cm
- Maximum tube dimensions: length 90cm. Length + twice the diameter must be no more than 104cm
If your item is outside these limits, please use a suitable courier and send us the tracking number once posted.
International Returns (Outside UK)
- International customers can request a return within 14 days from delivery.
- Please contact us at info@godsofgrip.com before returning anything so we can provide the correct returns address.
- You’ll cover return shipping unless we’ve made a mistake or the item is faulty. We are more than happy to check our preferred partners to help where possible.
- Please send us your return tracking number as soon as it is available.
- Mark the parcel “Returned goods – relief claimed” on your CN22, CN23 or commercial invoice to help prevent unnecessary charges on the way back.
- Any duties, taxes or import charges paid when receiving your order are not refunded by us. You may be able to reclaim these locally, so please check with your carrier or customs authority.

What to Include in Your Return
- Your order number
- Your name
- The item being returned
- A short note explaining the reason for return
- All original packaging, tags, bags, inserts and accessories
What We Can’t Take Back
We cannot accept returns for:
- Used chalk, salts or opened consumables, including Bone Dust, Bone Resin or similar products
- Custom or personalised items
- Special-order items
- Digital downloads once delivered or downloaded
- Apparel that has been worn, washed or returned without original packaging, swing tags, bags or inserts
- Items that are used, damaged, incomplete or not in as-new condition
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items, unless faulty
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
Email info@godsofgrip.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review it quickly and put it right.
Refunds
- We refund to the original payment method.
- For change-of-mind returns, we refund the item cost and any standard outbound delivery cost where required by law.
- Additional delivery upgrades, express shipping, oversized delivery charges or international shipping upgrades may not be refunded unless the item was faulty, damaged or we made an error with your order.
- Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 days of receiving the goods back, or receiving proof that the goods have been returned.
- Refunds are usually processed much sooner, often on the same day the item arrives back with us.
Please allow extra time for your bank, card provider or payment provider to process and show the refund.
