Training Ideas

The most common way to use the forearm hammer lever is performing back and forth movements.

Simply lever the hammer from vertical to horizontal moving nothing but your wrist. This is the most effective way to work out your wrists. Doing this a couple of times a week will quickly increase your wrist strength.

    After suffering from weak wrists for a few years, I was recommended something similar to this by a friend. Picked one up and I've been using it for a while now, the pump in the forearm is massive but I have really noticed my wrist feels so much stronger. It actually feels thicker too which is probably the muscles. Only issue I had was my clips didn't fit the end so actually ended up buying collars from here too.

    Gives a huge burn on the forearms, I dont even add any weight (can't yet anyway) this is a must have for putting on some forearm meat.

    Required something to help rehabilitate and strengthen my wrist. I was recommended this product and it's honeslty perfect for wrist work. Only think I would say is make sure you get the collars to fit as my standard ones were a little loose.

    Awesome tool, loaded a few kg on and that's the most I can handle at the moment. Nice thick handle really burns the forearm and wrist.
