As the large was out of stock I went for the XL which is (and I knew it would be) slightly too big but it works extremely well to target the fingers and wrist as it’s supposed to

First of all I want to say what a great and helpful service from the team at 'Gods of Grip'! Secondly, what a great piece of kit this is if you are training to increase strength for arm wrestling. My Son and I have been using this for about 2 weeks, it is built well and does the job perfectly. It is comfortable to use and really focuses on the correct parts of the forearm and grip. What a burn! A+

Highly recommend getting this if you're into arm wrestling. Very good for cupping, as Devn Larrart owns one of these bad boys.
