The Ellipse is one of the most versatile attachments in the OmniGrip range and a personal favourite for finger pressure training. With a 60mm centre that tapers down to 20mm at the sides, the Ellipse challenges your grip across different thicknesses in a single lift.

Great piece of kit , it would be good if there was a manual for each of the different handles but this is the mainstay of my grip training

High Quality as Always

The OmniGrip attachments are made out of plastic, not the type that FatGripz is made out of. The quality is high like all the other equipment.
The Rolling Handles are truly difficult to grip no matter how you approach them.
I truly love these handles! They all are a real challenge.
Only managed to put ~47.5kg on 80mm, the texture of them makes it sooo difficult.
