The Narrow Pinch block is probably the most challenging in our collection. The narrow shape proves very difficult to get a solid grasp on.

This pinch block really allows you to build excellent levels of thumb and finger strength.

Using Your Pinch Block

Simply attach your pinch block of choice to our Olympic Loading Pin using a carabiner to get started. Then you're ready for some awesome pinch lifting.

Grab onto the beast and hold on tight. Focusing the squeeze onto both hands is tough, especially as the weight will be much more than what you can lift in one hand.
