Loadable Function
Empty this beautifully crafted hammer weighs a hefty 4kg. This is enough of a challenge for most people, but with our added loadable function, you're able to add up to another 1kg - 1.2kg of extra weight.
This is simply done by adding either dry sand, powdered lead or anything similar to the easily accessible 20mm hole at the top. Secured with a plastic bung, this ensures the fillings are secure inside. We did originally develop a screw top but the plastic bung requires much less faffing.
Using Thors Hammer
There are a variety of ways you can use your brand new Thors Hammer. We love using it for wrist curls / extensions, levers and holds for time. Performing these exercises will help develop crush and support grip strength.
Perfect if you're looking to increase wrist strength, forearm strength and even pack on a bit of extra muscle.
It's also awesome as a showpiece in your gym, everyone loves picking up the Thors Hammer. If they have the power of course..
