Although I've left a review of this service before, I just wanted to say again how pleased I was with such a fast turnaround when I recently sent some more grippers in to be rated. They were also very helpful when I had a query about me getting them back on time before I went on holiday. Keep up the great work guys.

I used to prefer powdered chalk but I find that sometimes liquid chalk is the best thing for some lifts (e.g. on a smoother bar). This stuff has good coverage, stays on well but also washes off better than other brands I've tried.

I was struggling to find non-Olympic pins, the last one i had broke after a year or so. This one immediately felt sturdier and was much taller than others i have seen. As photo shows, i loaded it up with a bunch of my random sized weights and could fit them with ease. Would like to know how much it weighs though, was testing my hub grip and it felt harder, i reckon it's 1.5-2kg, so keep that in mind when first using it.

Got the kid size. Haven't done much with this yet but find it feels like a good service and is liftable (if very hard to do). As a climber i find it has a useful crossover to "chicken head" holds or pebbles you might find somewhere like Churnet Valley.

Got the 60mm, great quality, good finish. It's a new tool for me but as a climber i can see the cross-over and have heard others found it improved their sloper grip.

Rock climber here. Got the medium hub as it gives an option to train an alternative grip that's useful for climbing. Too early to see results, but after a few weeks i would say my ability to wide pinch some holds has improved. The advantage for a climber is that most training is done in the half crimp position, so this allows you to train more days in a row whilst resting other grip positions. Fyi it's humbling, i was lifting around 50kg on a half crimp, yet to top 15kg on this!

This is perfect for a variety of climbing based exercises and as a great means of protecting against climbers and golfers elbow. It has a great texture so no need for tape or gloves. It's guaranteed to bring a smile to your eyes. Highly recommended for a massive forearm pump🙂

je fais des leve de marteau pour travaille pour brachial ce qui est dur car c 2 pouce tu ne peux pas mettre autant de poid mais cette sensation est agreable40 livres a 10 repetion maxc est deja une reussite forte.. je peux rajouter plus de poid en faisant de lisometrie a courte dure pour renforcir le poignet mais je devrais faire des test avant ;;; excelente outil....

comme dirrait brookfield john la legende les poigne large travaille la force , le crushing comme la prise ouverte essentielle comme pinch lift IM 76MM IRONDMIND car tout vos muscle travaille plus fort a 20 % de plus selon la science minimum.. mes gain je lai doit au pinch large

je lai essaye et cette engin est tres eprouvant il faut s'entrainer durement pour parvenir a un resultat decent comme 150 livre ;; cet instrument aide les grimpeur de haut niveau evidemmenbt et renforcit les doight mais il faut y aller doucement jy ai aller trop vite donc je vais reprendre ce training un moment donne merci GOG

The OmniGrip attachments are made out of plastic, not the type that FatGripz is made out of. The quality is high like all the other equipment.
The Rolling Handles are truly difficult to grip no matter how you approach them.
I truly love these handles! They all are a real challenge.
Only managed to put ~47.5kg on 80mm, the texture of them makes it sooo difficult.
