Gods Of Grip

These hand gripper are very well made and i was very suprised how tough they were to use. Now after a few weeks i can just about do the gold one on a good day and the green one is a good warm up. I had pains in back of wrist when i started use these showing me my wrist strength was very unbalanced but after doing lots of varied wrist and forearm workouts as shown in the Gods of grip free forearm training guide the pain has almost entirely gone . Happy days

Fantastic rolling handle! Lives in my gym bag. I’ve been using it weekly doing timed holds and regular sets and reps and I’m loving it! Love the grips, helping with my grip hugely! No more aches from sitting at the computer all day then going to the gym and gripping the barbell or pull up bar! Also the staff emailed me because their OOO wasnt on their website so the product wouldn't be worth me on time. So for my patience they gave me a free pair of socks with my order. Bloody lovely socks too btw!!

I am new to grip training although I have been using a wrist roller for sometime.
The pinch block and hub with the loading pin are great my grip is getting better and the quality of the products is great. Would be nice to have a bundle option with liquid chalk as I find the powdered chalk really messy in my small home gym.
I will be ordering more items soon

Started nail bending in January after looking at the bending section on the GOG site, and already loving the old time strongman style training that nail bending promotes! As always these bolts are great quality that is expected from God's of Grip, and I luckily managed to bend this one pictured after around 3 months of bending (note I have been doing modern strongman for around 3 years) Definitely more in the tank so I can progress further up the GOG nail bending ladder!

I bought mine a year and a half ago, and I have been very satisfied.

Rolling handle is solid and rolls like a new one a year later.

High quality like always and very grippy texture.

Very fun, it feels like a hybrid between a pinch block and a hub.
