An original invention cooked up in the grip lab. A twist on the classic flat style pinch block. The Triple Barrel Pinch block was initially designed to allow you to overload the thumb due to the curvature of the tube.

During testing we actually found this is probably more effective for training the fingers. A great addition to any pinch collection, this should be used on pinch / support days.

I received my Triple Barrel Pinch Block last week.
I've had one workout with it.
I was very impressed.
The thumb and tips of the fingers are worked very hard.
Much different then normal pinch blocks.

you can just grip the top tube

hook your thumb round top tube & extend your fingers down over second tube

OR

you can use them like pinch blocks

great all round grip training

(also able to attatch them to fk pro suspension trainer…)
