Our loadable style Thomas Inch Dumbbell trainer provides an excellent challenge, replicating the 'roll' of the Inch dumbbell.

The rotation of the globes, combined with the thickness of the handle, is what makes lifting the Thomas Inch Dumbbell a renowned feat.

It's pretty easy to replicate the thickness of the handle, but without the authentic roll of the dumbbell, it's just not the same.

We've created this handle to the same specifications of a regular inch dumbbell with an offset center to help replicate the roll.
