The Speed Bump is a brutally honest test of sloped grip strength. With a 25mm height and 50mm width, the curved surface forces your fingers into a compromised position, demanding tension through the fingertips and thumb from the very first rep.
Unlike traditional blocks or hubs, the sloped profile reduces surface contact and increases difficulty as weight climbs. Even moderate loads feel heavy, and maintaining control becomes the real challenge.
Finished in our signature GripLock™ texture, it delivers a consistent, ultra-grippy feel rep after rep. Simply attach to a loading pin, add plates, and train with reps, timed holds or max attempts.
