*Please note we have now stopped adding our sticker to this product. We feel it hinders the performance while using the grenade.

We recommend using your grip balls with loading pins for one handed lifts or even strap two onto your pull up bar and perform some pull ups!

Using the grip ball as an attachment to a cable machine you can perform a variety of different lifts.
