For decades, it has been regarded as one of the purest tests of pinch grip strength, becoming an icon within the grip sport community. Finding an original today is incredibly difficult, with genuine York Blobs becoming increasingly rare and highly sought after by collectors and athletes alike.

We wanted to recreate that experience.

Introducing the Gods of Grip Legacy Blob, our modern interpretation of a true classic. Every blob is cast right here in Liverpool, United Kingdom, using solid cast iron before being hand-finished to achieve the rugged industrial look and feel you'd expect from a serious training implement.

Available in 10kg, 12.5kg, 15kg, 17.5kg, 20kg, 22.5kg, 25kg, 27.5kg, 30kg, 32.5kg and 35kg, there's a weight for everyone, whether you're attempting your first blob lift or chasing elite-level pinch strength.

Each blob retains the distinctive asymmetrical profile that makes this style of lift so challenging. The offset shape forces your thumb and fingers to work together in a way that few other grip tools can replicate, making it one of the best implements available for developing real-world pinch strength.
