HOW TO USE IT

• Adjust the handle height using the turntable knob to a comfortable height  

• Simply turn on the device, enter your age and gender, then give it your all. 

• Squeeze the handles together as tightly as you can, the top result will then be shown on the screen.

• You can use the save function to store the data, or just note it down for future reference.
