Lizzy is a competitive Strongwoman we first met at the Bridge Road Barbell Strongman League earlier this year. We were instantly impressed with her determination and profesionalism. Although she is still learning about and developing her grip strength, we got to see a snippet of her potential during the events as many of them were very grip heavy. On the flipside, I think this was a good competition for her to learn just how important a strong grip is for succeeding in strongman.
We're so excited to have Lizzy on board as an athlete, one of the big parts of a strong grip is having the mental strength to push through the pain barrier, watching her cling on to the dinnie stones, we knew she had it! We can't wait to see her journey in the sport developing both strongman and grip.
