The Essential Pinch Block is our budget friendly take on the classic UK Made pinch block, same size, same training potential, just with a tough powder coated finish instead of our premium textured grip surface and thicker wall.

Perfect for building raw pinch grip strength, the 60mm width is ideal for one-handed lifts and a true test for even the strongest of hands.

Deep enough to prevent fingers reaching the base and shaped for a solid, comfortable grip, it’s ready to take your training up a notch.
