Finger strength extensor bands are an excellent grip training accessory. Perfect for building strength, recovering from an injury and building musculature.

Really simple to use with great results. Our extensor bands are manufactured with high quality silicone. The improvements we made on this model help reinforce points which are prone to snapping.

They provide very good resistance when fully expanded in the hand and the level 3 resistance band will be challenging even to the most accomplished of grip trainers.

These are great

I use them as an addition to crushgrip- exersises. They're not selling it as a medical tool, and I'm not giving medical advice, but my painful "office elbow" doesn't bother me since a cuple of weeks into using these. The only drawback is that the rest of the office wants to borrow them all the time. They're not expensive - get your own ;)

Great products! Actually better quality than the iron mind expand-your-hand bands. The level 2 is probably the same level as an ironmind red band and the level 3 is like having a red band and a yellow band together. Only downside really is the size of the finger holes for me, i have quite large hands/thick fingers and getting them on can be a little challenging, then after about 20 extensions the tips of my fingers are dark purple. Otherwise perfect 5 stars because this issue can be overlooked
