Grip rings are perfect for warming up, building strength and using on active recovery days.

Grip Rings are available in 6 different colours making them easily identifiable when training and wanting to quickly reach for a certain resistance of our Grip Ring.

The larger size allows for a better feel when using the Grip Rings. Accompanied with the new flower style shape, the ridges allow you to get a better, more comfortable grip on the ring.

Not only are they perfect for warming up, the higher resistance on these rings really does make them challenging, they are great for building strength too!

The benefit of having the Grip Ring set is you can see your progression. Having a goal such as the 80lb Black Grip Ring is a good target. It requires some serious crushing power too.

Providing a very similar motion to 'crushing' grippers. They make a great combination.

I now have the full set

Bought the 30-50KG a few weeks ago and got the 60-80KG for Christmas. For me the 80KG is a very big ask. The first time I squeezed it it was like trying to close a lump of plastic. Now though a couple of weeks in and my warm-up goes through all 6 rings and the 80KG is on its way to being closed. Great little tools to keep on your desk, especially if you have fidget fingers! :)
