The Wrist Wrench is designed to develop serious wrist, forearm, and hand strength through dynamic rotational resistance.
Unlike standard rolling handles, the Wrist Wrench increases difficulty through circumference, forcing greater thumb, finger, and wrist engagement on every rep. Finished in our durable GripLock™ textured coating, this tool delivers superior control while maintaining a smooth, consistent rotation under load. Available in multiple diameters to scale difficulty, the larger the handle, the greater the challenge.
