The Paddle is all about building finger pressure and wrist strength. At 25mm thick, it gives you the perfect platform to overload the fingers and develop crushing strength you can actually use.

With its multiple slot options, you can change the setup to control how much pressure goes through your fingers, making it as tough or as forgiving as you like. It’s also great for throwing in some wrist curls to really hammer the forearms.

If you’re looking to go beyond standard grip work and actually target finger drive and wrist power, The Paddle is a simple but brutal attachment that does the job.

Great piece of kit , it would be good if there was a manual for each of the different handles but this is the mainstay of my grip training

High Quality as Always

The OmniGrip attachments are made out of plastic, not the type that FatGripz is made out of. The quality is high like all the other equipment.
The Rolling Handles are truly difficult to grip no matter how you approach them.
I truly love these handles! They all are a real challenge.
Only managed to put ~47.5kg on 80mm, the texture of them makes it sooo difficult.
