The intermediate set of elite series grippers includes:
- 2 Star - Good starting point for most
- 3 Star - Already pretty strong
- 4 Star - Ok definitely getting strong now
Each Elite Series Gripper comes in a drawstring bag. We've also included a handy booklet containing details of the journey of our Elite Series Grippers, as well as some training tips to help you along the way.
With the 2 star working as your warm up gripper, 3 star as your working sets gripper and the 4 star for low repetition closes for even a target if you can't close it at first.
The intermediate set is a great way to lay a solid foundation of grip strength.

Purchased for. Friend based on the description "where most people struggle" overall quality is very high, packaging and documentation exceptional, I gave the gripper a try and closed it 10 times, I would say it is in the range of a COC 2 Slightly easier than a HG250, overall a noteworthy addition to those starting out, time will tell on spring quality, to date COC are very long lasting, more than twice that of the black coated springs on the HGs.
I already have the elite 4 & 5 and just closed them both. Number 6 is another level!
Great bit of kit and wound highly recommend to aid in your grip journey
I have a set from a different brand that I keep at work (can use when on calls/dialling into meetings) but the good ones I keep home. Primarily got to keep my grip going so that climbing sessions with the children don't ruin my forearms (and they've been very effective at that)
