  • 3 Star - Already pretty strong

Each Elite Series Gripper comes in a drawstring bag. We've also included a handy booklet containing details of the journey of our Elite Series Grippers, as well as some training tips to help you along the way.

Ideal if you're completley new to grip training. The beginner set is the perfect introduction for you, with the 1 star gripper providing a similar level of resistance to our adjustable hand grippers. It's a great step up from those into some rated grippers.
