Last year we started delving into the wonderful world of Arm Wrestling, learning just how technically deep it is really blew my mind.

It's been a popular request so now is your chance to delve into Arm Wrestling and learn from Joe Higham and Adam Scanlon.

Event Details:

  • Introduction Into Arm Wrestling
  • Saturday 6th April 2024
  • The Grip Shed, Aughton, L39 6RS
  • 11am - 3pm
  • £5 Entry - Free For Members

What's Involved:

  • Safety training
  • Mastering the basics
  • Guaranteed minumum 30 mintues table time each (if you can handle it)
  • Accessory movement training
