Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, in its original packaging, and with any tags, bags, inserts or accessories included. You’ll also need your receipt, order number or proof of purchase.
UK customers may be able to return eligible items using our Royal Mail Returns Portal. If your item is too large, heavy or unsuitable for Royal Mail, such as a Saxon Bar, Grip Machine or other oversized item, please contact us first and we’ll advise on the best return method.
International customers will be provided with the correct returns address after contacting us. Please send us your return tracking number as soon as it is available.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and put it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom, personalised or special-order items
- Digital products once delivered or downloaded
- Used or opened consumables, including chalk, salts, resin or similar products
- Apparel that has been worn, washed or returned without its original tags or packaging
- Items that are used, damaged, incomplete or not in as-new condition
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items, unless faulty

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return has been accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
UK and EU Cooling-Off Rights
For most online orders, UK and EU customers have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving their order, for any reason and without justification.
After telling us you wish to cancel, you must return the goods within 14 days.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, in its original packaging, and with any tags, bags, inserts or accessories included. You’ll also need your receipt, order number or proof of purchase.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or we have made an error with your order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
For change-of-mind returns, we refund the item cost and any standard outbound delivery cost where required by law. Additional delivery upgrades, express shipping, oversized delivery charges or international shipping upgrades may not be refunded unless the item was faulty, damaged or we made an error with your order.
Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or receiving proof that the goods have been returned. Refunds are usually processed much sooner, often on the same day the return arrives with us.
Please remember it can take additional time for your bank, card provider or payment provider to process and show the refund.
