Founded by Tom “The Gripfather” Lymath in 2018, Gods of Grip grew from a passion for grip strength into a business dedicated to helping others get stronger. We design and manufacture our own range of UK-made grip equipment, putting it to the test at the Grip Shed.
Meet Tom, the team behind the scenes, and the athletes and representatives who help bring Gods of Grip to life.
