Best Accessories To Relieve Pain
Star Gripper
Our most popular accessory for relieving wrist pain. The star gripper is amazing. It fits in the palm of your hand and has quite a squishy texture.
The points of the star allow it to fit comfortably between your fingers and you can simply just crush it.
The crushing motion stimulates muscles in the hand, fingers, wrist and forearm. Using the star gripper will relieve pressure, bring new blood into the hand which promotes circulation and brings new nutrients to the muscles to help them recover.
Adjustable Hand Gripper
The adjustable gripper was one of the first items we added to our store and it has remained to be one of the most popular items since release.
Adjustable grippers are one of the best tools for rebuilding your strength after recovering from an injury. The padded handles mean they are comfortable to use.
You can change the resistance of the gripper to suit your current level of strength which means you can see your progress.
The resistance of this gripper will take you up to a decent level of strength when maxed out. Recovering from an injury can take time but using an adjustable gripper will help to motivate you as you can see your progress.
Piano Grip Finger Exerciser
A relatively new addition to our store but one that is becoming increasingly popular as people are seeing the results from using it.
This accessory is particularly useful for finger injuries. The design means you are able to close each key on the gripper individually ensuring each finger gets a good range of motion.
Although the muscles in your fingers are small, having one finger not at full functionality can affect your grip massively. This is why the piano gripper is so useful.
Finger Strength Exerciser
A must have for anyone into grip sport, the benefits of the finger strength exerciser are huge. They are amazing for warming up and also building strength.
Ideal for anyone suffering from wrist / finger / forearm pain. They are extremely easy to use and the benefits are huge.
Available in 3 different resistances you are able to start off light and build up to a really solid level of hand strength.
Although they can look a little confusing at first, the finger exercisers are really simple to use. Just hook the hoops over your fingers. Using the bottom middle on your thumb.
You want them to be on the tips of your fingers, high enough so you get a full range of motion, but low enough so they don't fall off. Once you have attempted it a few times you will find the sweet spot no problem.
