We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible and offer tracked delivery throughout the UK and worldwide. Shipping options, prices and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your location, order weight and parcel size.

Please note: Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed. Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays. Pre-orders, made-to-order products and products displaying a specific lead time may take longer to dispatch.

UK Delivery Services

• Express Delivery – £4.95

• Standard Delivery – £3.95

• Free Economy Delivery – Orders over £75
  Estimated delivery within 3–5 working days from dispatch.

These prices apply to eligible standard UK parcels. Heavy, oversized or restricted-destination orders may require a different service and delivery charge. The available services and final delivery price will be confirmed at checkout.

Free UK Delivery

• Free economy delivery is available on qualifying orders over £75.
• It applies to eligible UK mainland orders only.
• It is automatically shown at checkout when available.
• Oversized, heavy and specialist-shipping products are excluded.
• The Channel Islands are excluded.
• Products requiring a specialist courier may still incur a delivery charge when the order value exceeds £75.

UK Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 3pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 3pm, during a weekend or on a UK bank holiday are usually dispatched on the next working day.

Dispatch may occasionally take longer during exceptionally busy periods, major product launches or circumstances outside our control. If a significant delay affects your order, we will aim to contact you as soon as possible.

Remote Locations and Restricted Postcodes

Some remote locations and postcodes, including certain ZE postcode areas, may be subject to carrier restrictions.

If you are ordering a large, heavy or oversized product for delivery to a remote location, please contact us before ordering. We will confirm whether delivery is available and identify the most suitable service.

We offer worldwide shipping to the countries and regions available at checkout. Available services, prices and estimated delivery times depend on the destination and the size and weight of your parcel.

International Delivery Services

The international delivery services available for your order will be displayed at checkout. Availability may vary depending on the destination, parcel weight, parcel dimensions and carrier restrictions.

International Dispatch Times

International orders placed before 11am on a working day are usually dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 11am, during a weekend or on a UK bank holiday are usually dispatched on the next working day.

International delivery may take longer because of customs processing, local carrier delays or destination-country restrictions.

International Delivery Costs

International shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination, parcel weight, parcel dimensions and available carrier services.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless explicitly stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient.

Gods Of Grip cannot predict or control the amount charged. Please check your country's import rules before ordering if you are unsure.

You are responsible for monitoring the shipment, responding to the carrier and paying any applicable import charges within the required timeframe.

Gods Of Grip is not responsible for parcels held, delayed or returned because of:

• Unpaid customs duties, taxes or brokerage fees
• Failure to respond to the carrier
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
• Missed delivery attempts or collection deadlines
• Destination-country import restrictions

If a parcel is returned to us because import charges were not paid, delivery was refused or the carrier's collection deadline was missed, we may deduct the original delivery cost and any return, customs or carrier charges from the refund, where permitted by law.

Any refund will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

We will provide the necessary shipping information and customs documentation before dispatch where required.

Some Gods Of Grip equipment requires specialist handling because of its weight, length or shape. This may include:

• Saxon Bars
• Grip Machines
• Long bars
• Large fabricated equipment
• Other unusually heavy or oversized products

These products may:

• Be excluded from free-delivery promotions
• Require a specialist courier
• Have longer delivery times
• Be delivered separately from other products in the same order

Any available specialist-delivery charge will be shown at checkout. If an automatic delivery option is not available, please contact us for a delivery quote.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will email your tracking information. Tracking may take a short time to become active after the dispatch email is sent.

Please use the carrier's tracking service to:

• Monitor your parcel
• Rearrange delivery where available
• Select a safe place or collection point
• Pay applicable import charges
• Collect the parcel before the carrier's deadline

Please check your junk or spam folder first. If you still cannot find the email, contact us with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Check Your Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.

If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately. We will try to update the address before dispatch, but changes may not be possible once the order has entered the fulfilment process.

Additional carrier charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be payable by the customer.

If tracking shows that your parcel is delayed, damaged or marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include:

• Your full name
• Your delivery postcode
• A brief description of the issue
• Photographs of any damaged parcel or products, where applicable

Please keep all damaged packaging until the issue has been resolved, as the carrier may require photographs or inspection evidence.
