The Ridge is the ultimate tool for developing brutal pinch strength. With an incredibly small surface to grab, it forces your thumb and fingertips to do all the work, making it one of the most challenging lifts in grip training.
Available in 10mm and 14mm ridge heights, you can choose how evil you want your training to be. Both sizes offer an unforgiving key-pinch surface that hits your fingers in a totally different way to standard pinch.
As with all of our grip tools, each Ridge is designed, manufactured and tested in the UK by our team of grip-obsessed humans. The ridge sits perfectly flat against the round base, with welded sides to keep the lifting edge clean, sharp and consistent.
