The Gods Of Grip Hercules Hold is our biggest creation yet. Not only is the Hercules Hold a great event to have in your armoury for competitors, it's also a great spectacle.
Our Hercules Hold has been designed to help take up as little space as possible when not being used.

Hercules Hold Specifications
Without Frame:
Without the frame you can choose the distance between the pillars, this can either be bolted onto the floor or onto any suitable surface e.g wooden platform (bolts included).

With Frame
With the frame, we've constructed it for easily bolting each pillar to the perfect distance providing athletes with ample room for holding.

The Frame
We've done the hard work for you. Constructing the frame to perfectly nest each pillar securely whilst ensuring a great platform for athletes to stand on.
The frame breaks down into 3 separate parts requiring 4 bolts to fully assemble.
Each pillar attaches to either side of the frame using 4 bolts so for total construction you only need to attach 12 bolts, which are included.
Once deconstructed, the frame dimensions are:
- Disassembled Height - 100cm
- Disassembled Length - 40cm
- Disassembled Width - 35cm
Attachments
We have been testing out a variety of handles for use with the Hercules Hold. Our preferred handles have been the 50mm Rolling Handles. These will be included with the purchase. If you would like fixed handles or a different style / width please just let us know.
We can offer upgraded attachment packs to include fixed and rolling handles in a variety of sizes. Just ask away.
Delivery
Delivery to Mainland UK is included in the price with an estimated fulfilment time of 2-4 weeks. There may be surcharges for more remote areas, but if in doubt please just fire us an email.
For Worldwide delivery is it essential you contact us before purchase so we can work out the logistics for shipping.
The Story
The mythological story of the Pillars tells us that Hercules used his superhuman strength to smash a mountain on his way to the garden of the Hesperides rather than climb over it. When these two mountain fragments fell into the sea, they formed what is now known as Gibraltar and Monte Hacho. Since then, the mountain's two halves have been known as the Pillars of Hercules.

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible and offer tracked delivery throughout the UK and worldwide. Shipping options, prices and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your location, order weight and parcel size.
Please note: Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed. Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays. Pre-orders, made-to-order products and products displaying a specific lead time may take longer to dispatch.
United Kingdom Shipping
UK Delivery Services
- Express Delivery – £4.95
Estimated delivery within 1–2 working days from dispatch. - Standard Delivery – £3.95
Estimated delivery within 2–3 working days from dispatch. - Free Economy Delivery – Orders over £75
Estimated delivery within 3–5 working days from dispatch.
These prices apply to eligible standard UK parcels. Heavy, oversized or restricted-destination orders may require a different service and delivery charge. The available services and final delivery price will be confirmed at checkout.
Free UK Delivery
- Free economy delivery is available on qualifying orders over £75.
- It applies to eligible UK mainland orders only.
- It is automatically shown at checkout when available.
- Oversized, heavy and specialist-shipping products are excluded.
- The Channel Islands are excluded.
- Products requiring a specialist courier may still incur a delivery charge when the order value exceeds £75.
UK Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 3pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 3pm, during a weekend or on a UK bank holiday are usually dispatched on the next working day.
Dispatch may occasionally take longer during exceptionally busy periods, major product launches or circumstances outside our control. If a significant delay affects your order, we will aim to contact you as soon as possible.
Remote Locations and Restricted Postcodes
Some remote locations and postcodes, including certain ZE postcode areas, may be subject to carrier restrictions.
If you are ordering a large, heavy or oversized product for delivery to a remote location, please contact us before ordering. We will confirm whether delivery is available and identify the most suitable service.
Worldwide Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping to the countries and regions available at checkout. Available services, prices and estimated delivery times depend on the destination and the size and weight of your parcel.
International Delivery Services
- Express Delivery
Fully tracked, with estimated delivery within 3–5 working days from dispatch. - Standard Delivery
Tracked, with estimated delivery within 5–10 working days from dispatch.
The international delivery services available for your order will be displayed at checkout. Availability may vary depending on the destination, parcel weight, parcel dimensions and carrier restrictions.
International Dispatch Times
International orders placed before 11am on a working day are usually dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 11am, during a weekend or on a UK bank holiday are usually dispatched on the next working day.
International delivery may take longer because of customs processing, local carrier delays or destination-country restrictions.
International Delivery Costs
International shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination, parcel weight, parcel dimensions and available carrier services.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless explicitly stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient.
Gods Of Grip cannot predict or control the amount charged. Please check your country's import rules before ordering if you are unsure.
You are responsible for monitoring the shipment, responding to the carrier and paying any applicable import charges within the required timeframe.
Gods Of Grip is not responsible for parcels held, delayed or returned because of:
- Unpaid customs duties, taxes or brokerage fees
- Failure to respond to the carrier
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
- Missed delivery attempts or collection deadlines
- Destination-country import restrictions
If a parcel is returned to us because import charges were not paid, delivery was refused or the carrier's collection deadline was missed, we may deduct the original delivery cost and any return, customs or carrier charges from the refund, where permitted by law.
Any refund will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
We will provide the necessary shipping information and customs documentation before dispatch where required.
Large, Heavy & Oversized Products
Some Gods Of Grip equipment requires specialist handling because of its weight, length or shape. This may include:
- Saxon Bars
- Grip Machines
- Long bars
- Large fabricated equipment
- Other unusually heavy or oversized products
These products may:
- Be excluded from free-delivery promotions
- Require a specialist courier
- Have longer delivery times
- Be delivered separately from other products in the same order
Any available specialist-delivery charge will be shown at checkout. If an automatic delivery option is not available, please contact us for a delivery quote.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will email your tracking information. Tracking may take a short time to become active after the dispatch email is sent.
Please use the carrier's tracking service to:
- Monitor your parcel
- Rearrange delivery where available
- Select a safe place or collection point
- Pay applicable import charges
- Collect the parcel before the carrier's deadline
Haven't Received Your Tracking Email?
Please check your junk or spam folder first. If you still cannot find the email, contact us with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
Check Your Delivery Address
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.
If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately. We will try to update the address before dispatch, but changes may not be possible once the order has entered the fulfilment process.
Additional carrier charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be payable by the customer.
Delivery Problems
If tracking shows that your parcel is delayed, damaged or marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- Your delivery postcode
- A brief description of the issue
- Photographs of any damaged parcel or products, where applicable
Please keep all damaged packaging until the issue has been resolved, as the carrier may require photographs or inspection evidence.
