  • Saturday Seminar: 2pm - 5pm
  • Sunday Event: 11am Start

Seminar

The Seminar will consist of tips, tricks and training ideas for all things grip. We will cover the main 3 areas of grip:

  • Pinch
  • Crush
  • Support

Everything you learn here can then be put into practice at the competition on the Sunday
