Intermediate Set
The intermediate set of elite series grippers includes:
- 2 Star - Good starting point for most
- 3 Star - Already pretty strong
- 4 Star - Ok definitely getting strong now
Each Elite Series Gripper comes in a drawstring bag. We've also included a handy booklet containing details of the journey of our Elite Series Grippers, as well as some training tips to help you along the way.
With the 2 star working as your warm up gripper, 3 star as your working sets gripper and the 4 star for low repetition closes for even a target if you can't close it at first.
The intermediate set is a great way to lay a solid foundation of grip strength.
