Grip Machines are awesome training tools for developing Crush and Support Grip strength.

We based our design off the original Bruce Lee grip machine, with a few tweaks and improvments.

Perfect for one handed or two handed crushing, we've developed our grip machine with the ability to not only add weight, but also incorporate the use of reisistance bands too.

Multi Use

With 8 legs added you can position the bands where you feel is best, the double legs allow you to easily halve the band and increase the tension.

We love adding resistance bands into our training, so making sure we could use them on the grip machine was a must.

At the moment our grip machine is only produced to fit Olympic plates, however if you want a standard pin instead please get in touch.

Using The Grip Machine

Grip machines are really simple to use, just load your weight onto the pin. Don't worry, we've made sure there is enough room for 20kg plates to fit. Using the two bars at the top, wrap your hands around and squeeze. 

Specifically targeting and improving crush grip, the grip machines can be used to perform repetitions or holds. We like combining both into our workouts.

Yes, it is a little costly. It is also made to order, so receiving the item can be a bit slow. However, it is well worth the cost and the wait. I have used this machine several times a week since its arrival. Using both, bands and weights. This machine is absolutely unsurpassed in its quality. I am certain it was built to withstand a nuclear explosion. Go ahead and spend the extra money for this grip machine. You won’t be disappointed.

Words cannot describe the quality this machine oozes. It’s absolutely amazing, the top loop is too high for me to use but the bottom one works perfect. I reckon only mark Felix could use the top one 😂

Once I adjusted the height of the bar I was blown away by the feeling this machine gives. It feels similar to closing a gripper but without any pain (usually in my index finger).
I haven’t used the band attachments yet but sure they will add a great twist to this amazing machine.
Feels very very solid, it must weigh about 30kg empty, I’m sure it will be able to take more weight than I can ever lift. Really really happy

Arrived well packed, thought it would have come flat packed but it’s fully built, so ready to go straight away. The hooks for the bands work really well. Not sure who could use the top bar level, you’d need huge hands, but the bottom one is perfect for me.
Great product and for the quality it’s a great price.

Finally arrived today, I've been patiently waiting for a while. But it was so worth it, it's a little bigger than expected but feels absolutley solid. First impressions in the gym are like what the hell is that, but everyone loves it. Can't wait to see the results.
