Event Details:

  • No Weight Classes
  • Top 5 Lifts From Each Venue Count
  • Events Must Take Place In June
  • Limited entry per venue

The Events:

Axle Deadlift - Lift

  • 2" Axle Deadlift Max Weight rising bar until failure
  • Your last successfull lift is the one that counts towards scores.

2 Handed Pinch - Lift

  • 60mm Pinch Block lifted to 6" crossbar
  • Unlimited attempts until failure
  • Your last successfull lift is the one that counts towards scores.

Vertical Bar - Lift

  • Dynamite Vertical Bar (2") lifted to 6" crossbar
  • Unlimited attempts until failure
  • Your last successfull lift is the one that counts towards scores.

Hub - Lift

  • GOG Mid Hub (25mm) lifted to 12" crossbar
  • Unlimited attempts until failure
  • Your last successfull lift is the one that counts towards scores.
