We're super excited to bring back this traditional grip competition that was created and run by David Horne for almost 20 years.

The Grip League returns again for it's 3rd year. This time we're opening it up on the International stage.

North, South, East & West battle it out. Each region selects 1 event and the top 5 lifts from each event count.
The winning Region gets to keep the brand new Gods Of Grip Championship Belt for 1 year.

The Summer Grip Games returns for it's 4th year. Our HOTTEST event of the year, half of the time anyway (we're 50/50 at the moment for rain and sun).

King Kong Grip contest
Last year we burst onto the scene showcasing just how strong the UK grip scene is. We placed 2nd on the venue scoring list.
Let's blow the competition away and make it to 1st this year.
