Rolling Handles are an excellent grip training tool to develop both crush and support grip strength. Just clip onto one of our loading pins and you're good to go.

Our rolling handles have been, designed, tested and tested again. We've tweaked the components to ensure this handle ROLLS, and stays at it's best for as long as possible. The common issue with a lot of the rolling handles on the market is that, well, after a while they just don't roll as well.

BZP Steel

We've crafted our rolling handles with Bright Zinc Plated Steel which offers galvanizing protection to the steel preventing rusting and oxidization. This really helps keep the handles as smooth as possible. 

How To Use Your Rolling Handle

The standard way to use your rolling handle is performing one handed deadlifts. By attaching your tool to a loading pin, simply stack your weight on, clip the rolling handle on and start lifting. 

Alternatively you can use a cable machine to perform wrist curls, this is great for developing wrist and forearm strength. 

We've also seen some of you crazy folk hooking two rolling handles up to a pull up bar and performing pull ups! That's crazy strength right there.

Choice of size

As most of us aren't blessed with gigantic Brian Shaw like hands, we've created our rolling handles in 3 widths. 50mm, 60mm and 76mm, we find the most popular is actually our 2" handle. This is a great entry level size and allows you to get a good feel for the movement whilst developing excellent levels of crush / support grip strength.
