The GOG Short Steel range has been designed for both snapping and bending, these bars provide a difficult bend and an even harder snap.

Each one of our pieces of short steel is hand cut, deburred and labeled. Deburring leaves a nice safe, smooth finish on the ends of the steel.

This bar is rated at 2 Star difficulty which is perfect for beginners:

  • Bend Difficulty: 2/7
  • Snap Difficulty: 2.5/7
  • Overall Rating: 2/7

The GOG Short Steel Range is available in a variety of diameters and length's. We have manufactured these in lengths / diameters we feel will best help progress your strength whilst providing the toughest challenge.
