Each Elite Series Gripper comes in a drawstring bag. We've also included a handy booklet containing details of the journey of our Elite Series Grippers, as well as some training tips to help you along the way.
If you're able to crush the 3 star for around 20 reps, that's perfect. Performing higher repetitions with this gripper will allow you to build a solid foundation of grip strength ready for closing the 5 star and beyond.
