The Gods Of Grip Strongman Yoke has been designed as a versatile piece of equipment. Wether your taking 300kg for a stroll, pressing it above your head or even pushing it down the drive. The adjustable height allows you to perform a variety of exercises.

We're creating our Strongman Yoke to be as hard wearing as possible whilst also allowing you to easily adjust the height between competitors / events.
